¿Qué decir? Creería que demasiado. Lo que se está debatiendo en estos días, en Uganda, es un tema que supera ya la delicadeza de los asuntos sucesorios, matrimoniales, de derechos a la pensión de nuestras parejas, etc., que se tratan en nuestros países (Argentina, Canadá, España, Estados Unidos, Portugal, o Uruguay).
Aquí estamos observando, cómo se va avanzando con un proyecto de ley que reduce la condición humana de los homosexuales. Homosexuales, que en ese país, para reducirlos, y fundar la exposición de motivos del proyecto cuestionado, son acusados de prácticas sexuales "perversas". Perversidad, que también es realizada por los heterosexuales. Confunden la homosexualidad, con la perversión. Ejemplifican, con vídeos pornográficos, a la homosexualidad. El hilo conductor del debate, ha sido desvirtuado, para culminar imponiendo, en la mente de quiénes los escuchan (que son sujetos con poco acceso a la información en la cuál puedan investigar, y formar sus propias opiniones).
La homosexualidad, NO es una enfermedad. Es sólo una forma de vida diferente, cómo lo es la familia bígama, poligámica, o monoparental. Las familias, a lo largo que va avanzando y mutando la humanidad, cambian también su connotación y composición. Y siempre lo hace, para aceptar, diversificar, e incluir hechos que previamente desconocía. Sucedió con las familias endogámicas, para pasar luego a ser exogámicas.
Es decir, la familia es un grupo social especialmente conservador. Ello es así, ya que a medida que, como he dicho, va transitando por un espacio y tiempo, interaccionando con otras familias, van instaurando conductas heredadas. Tales conductas, claro que tienen un valor ético preestablecido, por una moral ya impuesta. Y la familia, como instituto, tratará de ser impermeable a valores éticos externos. Pero no puede sostener sus principios por siempre, quedando mas tarde arcaicos, y siendo luego influida por los cambios sociales más trascendentes del contexto con el cuál interactúa (aquí estoy, en parte, citando a una psicopedagoga argentina de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, DE ANDREIS Mirta).
Todos sabemos también, que nuestras sociedades, las occidentales, han equiparado a la mujer con el hombre. Superando así, trabas de “género” que se suscitaban por los abusos masculinos, que las sociedades modernas, a medida que se formaban, fueron TOMANDO NOCIÓN.
Innato es del Ser Humano la EVOLUCIÓN. Sino, jamás se hubieren cambiado fuentes y medios de producción, en las economías de cada una. Sino, jamás se hubieren dado revoluciones, como la francesa, para implantar los principios de Igualdad, Libertad, y Fraternidad, rompiendo así con sistemas de siglos de vida., que fueron quedando obsoletos.
Es claro que lo que sucede en Uganda, es causa de la ignorancia aprovechada por los intolerantes. Tenemos dos tipos de intolerantes, que se podrían asimilar a fóbicos. El “intolerante dominante” y el “intolerante ignorante”. El primero, es claro que frente a un suceso que no tolera, sin poder oponerse con argumentos sólidos, confunde a su espectador, con la demostración de conductas probables de lo que se critica, sin brindarle a aquél datos de profunda claridad contextual, ni mucho menos datos científicos mayoritariamente aceptados. Recurren, adrede, a fundamentos idílicos, religiosos, espirituales, o similares. Generando así, verdades absolutas, que para un sujeto poco formado, resultan irrefutables. Haciendo creer también en un Dios que es sólo para aquellos que responden al sistema dominante, y que se olvida de aquellos más débiles o menos reconocidos. Continuando, lo segundos intolerantes, son los espectadores que asienten, eufóricamente, sin posibilidad de realizar un juicio de valor interno por la falta de acceso a la consulta, a la información. Se abanderan en posiciones pétreas, desconociendo el verdadero fin de quienes los dirigen, y van tergiversando aún más, la información brindada por sus líderes. Es muy similar a lo que era la Santa Inquisición en su momento. La lectura prohibida, era la que abría la mente, y permitía cuestionar (La película “El Nombre de la Rosa”, lo representa). Esa cuestión, que si estaba en manos de las masas sociales, era la que haría caer más tarde al predominio imparable del Catolicismo. Es el claro caso de las masas sociales que, en su conjunto, son utilizadas por los sectores poderosos y así continúan con su dominio.
¿Qué sucedería si los pastores y dirigentes ugandeses, aclararían que los heterosexuales también realizan las conductas, que muestran en sus notebooks, con las que se basan para rechazar a la comunidad LGBT? Sólo penarían a ESAS CONDUCTAS. Entonces descartarían de esas penas AL SER INTERIOR, INNATO, y NATURAL DE UNA COMUNIDAD QUE BUSCAN AISLAR.
Perversos y degenerados, existen en todos lados. También existen en heterosexuales y homosexuales. Pero los Derechos Humanos, están en todos. La vida privada de los sujetos, que no afecten físicamente a terceros, no puede ni debe ser sancionada jamás; mucho menos con la muerte. Acá no se están sancionando a sujetos que dañan la integridad física de terceros; acá se están sancionando conductas, que dañan susceptibilidades caprichosas regidas por principios arcaicos.
¿Es tan difícil aceptar e incluir? Aparentemente, si. Irónicamente hablando, es más fácil exterminar, y tapar con parches lo que nos molesta, haciéndonos los ciegos; y así, ser felices los poderosos, mientras los débiles, por sus condiciones de infradotados, como corresponde, sufren.
Es injusto, muy injusto, que a uno lo discriminen, y lo sancionen con la muerte, por ser algo que naturalmente lo acompaña, y no afecta físicamente a nadie. Muchos se olvidan de que la raza negra ha sido perseguida, y utilizada por los blancos, considerándola, no hace más de un siglo atrás, como seres inferiores. Lo mismo, paralelo a ello, sucedió con la mujer. Hoy, se pretende continuar con los mismos conceptos discriminadores, que también acompañaron a aquellos recientemente dichos, para ir en contra de los homosexuales.
El amor, no puede ser sancionado. La familia no se encuentra, solamente limitada a parientes y cónyuges, sino que está más arraigada a lazos de solidaridad, convivencia, respeto y afecto, y tampoco ello puede ser sancionado. Con la leyes, como he dado a entender en un texto mío anterior, se regulan los nexos individuales en una sociedad, en un tiempo y espacio determinado, para configurar el comportamiento de sus integrantes tanto cultural, cómo jurídicamente, dando forma a la descendencia que resulta en el parentesco, rol social y estatus; y éstas, son para adaptarse a los cambios sociales predominantes y reprimidos, no para ahuyentarlos.
Todos los países del mundo pasaron por guerras, revoluciones, y demás confrontaciones. Y muchas, se han solucionado. ¿Cómo y por qué? Con el consenso, y porque somos SERES HUMANOS. Esto quiere decir que somos racionales y capaces de conciliar, y seguramente también, sin derramar sangre.
Está en los poderosos, tener criterio. Está en los poderosos, ser más serios. Está en los poderosos, ser humanamente honestos. Está en nosotros, defender los Derechos Humanos, que lejanos del capricho e irracionalidad se encuentran.-
